Due to our experience we are able to help you in various situations, as e.g. to quickly find service staff for technical questions concerning your ship or any other problem solutions.

We kindyl organize any loading (also see loading) directly to the ship, not only food & beverages but also any required non food goods.

In case of medical emergencies we know the appropirate hospitals and doctors – on demand we can send medical help up to the ship.

As gateway to embassies and consulates we help you with the communication with public authorities as e.g. for providing visas or substitute travel documents.
