Cesky Krumlov

Mediaeval flair at the river Vltava

Our two hours bus drive through South Bohemia brings us to Cesky Krumlov at the Vltava loop. 

During our guided city walk we see the historic old town and on demand the well known Egon-Schiele-Museum. Optionally we can visit the baroque castle Cesky Krumlov, the former country estate of the sovereign family Schwarzenberg.

Afterwards typical Bohemian meals are served in a traditional brewery, where we then taste some of the world famous Czech beer during our tour. After some leisure time, we drive back to the ship (on demand this excursion can be combined with a visit of Budvar).

Ceske Budejovice

South Bohemian landscapes & beer tradition

An approx. two hours drive leads us through pictorial landscapes to Ceske Budejovice, where we explore the historical old town. At noon a traditional Bohemian lunch is served at the brewery, which can also be visited after lunch (incl. beer tasting).

Our tour leads us along the Vltava river to the beautiful Vltava dam-lakes. Subsequent, we drive back to the ship (on request this excursion can be combined with a visit of Cesky Krumlov).

Prague

Golden city & Hradschin

Our bus drive leads us to Prague, passing by Budvar and Tabor. At the Hradschin – the castle of Prague – we start our city walk, which leads us through the Golden Street to the other side of the Vltava river into the inner city.

After our city walk our guests can use their leisure time for shopping, sightseeing or an individual lunch (can be included in the program if requested). In the late afternoon we drive back to the ship.
